Plagron Growmix with perlite is an excellent choice for planting and repotting flowering plants. This substrate has been specially formulated with the best peat species and carefully selected fiber types to create a lightness and oxygen level that can only be expected from Plagron quality soil. The addition of perlite and the unique Plagron worm humus ensure exuberant growth of the plant and improve the water capacity.

The nutrition added to the Growmix consists of a balanced combination of fertilizers. These fertilizers fully meet the plant's needs during the first 3 weeks. After this period you can fertilize at your own discretion and choice.

Terra Grow and Terra Bloom are excellent basic nutrients to provide your plant with sufficient and the right nutrients. You can also use various additives from our range, such as Green Sensation and Sugar Royal, for a better harvest and taste.

- Combine Growmix with Terra Grow, Terra Bloom and the UNIVERSAL products for optimal results.
- Growmix is ​​pre-fertilized for three weeks. After this period you can start feeding.
- Growmix is ​​suitable for growing with mineral nutrients. Pay close attention to the pH and EC values ​​for the absorption of the food.
- If you choose perlite, you increase the airiness of the substrate. This ensures good drainage and root development.

Question: I grow plants with a short growth phase. Do I need to give my plants basic nutrition during this phase if I grow on Growmix?
Answer: Growmix contains nutrition for the first three weeks of your cultivation. If your plants start flowering during this period, you do not need Terra Grow. However, after three weeks your plant does need Terra Bloom.
