General Electric Lucalox 600 Watts
General Electric Lucalox 600 Watts
The General Electric Lucalox 600 Watt High Output lamp offers excellent energy efficiency and a long lifespan. In addition, this lamp has an impressive color efficiency and color capacity, ensuring reliable and high-quality performance in any fixture.
The General Electric Lucalox lamp has a special construction, consisting of a clear tubular outer bulb made of tempered glass and a discharge tube of aluminum oxide. This allows the lamp to be used in combination with all our regular 400 Watt ballasts for growing plants.
What makes these lamps special is that they are completely lead-free. Both the interior and the glass of the lamp are made without the use of lead. In addition, the Lucalox series has a very high light efficiency, which means that more energy is converted into light. This is evident from the high number of lumens that the General Electric Lucalox series has.
The effective lifespan of these lamps is approximately 10,000 hours. It is important to note that light intensity decreases significantly after 2500 to 3000 hours of use, reducing lamp yields. We therefore recommend replacing the lamps after approximately 3000 burning hours to maintain optimal yields. Although this entails additional costs, the returns far outweigh this investment.
The General Electric Lucalox 600 Watt is a flowering lamp with a light intensity of 90,000 lumens. The lamp fits into an E40 fitting and requires a separate ballast. The dimensions of the lamp are 47 x 283 mm.
Please note: Light sources are considered consumables. The manufacturers do not guarantee the performance of the lamp and therefore there is no right to exchange or return in the event of premature failure. Returns are only possible with unused and originally packaged light sources. We package our light sources with the utmost care, but we cannot replace light sources that have not survived shipping.
